Dear Ms. Atack:
The purpose of this letter is to request a partial withdrawal of the License Amendment Request for American Centrifuge Operating, LLC's (ACO) Technology and Manufacturing Center in Oak Ridge, Tennessee described in letter ACO 20-0004 dated February 6, 2020 (Reference 1 ). After discussions with U.S. Nuclear ~egulatory Commission (NRC) staff on February. 17, 2021, ACO has reconsidered the need to have the following plans approved by the NRC. Accordingly, ACO respectfully requests withdrawal of the following licensing reviews:
SEC-18-0001, Classified Information System Security Assessment Report (SAR) (Enclosure 3 of Reference 1)
ACO-OR-2019-0048, American Centrifuge Operating (OR)-Continuous Monitoring Report, Part I (Enclosure 5 *of Reference 1)
ACO-OR-2019-0026, Balance'Stand Classified Cyber Network(Enclosure 6 of Reference 1)
