RE: Point Beach Nuclear Plant Unit Numbers 1 & 2 Subsequent License Renewal, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin -

Comments of the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma Date: Friday, March 19, 2021 10:00:00 AM Ms. Hunter, Thank you for your letter and response regarding Section 106 consultation for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 subsequent license renewal application. In your letter, you requested to be contacted if during any phase of this project any archaeological evidence is discovered. In 2004 a Phase 1 cultural resource survey was conducted within the 1,260-acre Point Beach Nuclear Plant site that identified isolated finds, one prehistoric lithic scatter, and historic artifact scatters.

If you would like to obtain additional information regarding the 2004 Phase 1 cultural resource survey or discuss further, please let me know and I can set-up a conference call to discuss.
