I am supporting the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions review of Southern Nuclear Operating Companys initial decommissioning funding plan for the Farley Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. We request that distribution and use of the enclosed draft EA be limited only to those staff involved in the review and comment process.
