UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION In the Matter of FirstEnergy Companies and TMI-2 Solutions, LLC (Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 2)
Docket No. 50-320 LT ORDER On March 15, 2021, Mr. Eric Epstein, Chairman of Three Mile Island Alert, Inc., served via email a Motion to Hold in Abeyance the Proposed License Transfer to TMI-2 Solutions, LLC on the Commission and other participants in this proceeding.1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(a), I set forth the following schedule for responses to this motion. The NRC Staff, the FirstEnergy Companies,2 and TMI-2 Solutions, LLC may file answers by April 12, 2021, and Three Mile Island Alert, Inc. may file a reply within seven days of any answer.
1 Three Mile Island Alert, Inc., Motion to Hold in Abeyance the Proposed License Transfer to TMI-2 Solutions LLC (March 15, 2021). This proceeding was terminated on January 15, 2021, and the Office of the Secretary of the Commission closed the Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) for this docket. The EIE will now accept filings in this matter.
