By application dated December 3, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20350B467) NAC International, Inc., (NAC or the applicant) requested consolidation of the safety analysis report associated with Certificate of Compliance (CoC or the certificate) No. 9225, for the Model No. NAC-LWT package.
The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR) 173.471. Those on the attached list have been registered as users of the package under the general license provisions of 10 CFR 71.17 or 49 CFR 173.471.

SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT Docket No. 71-9225 Model No. NAC-LWT Certificate of Compliance No. 71-9225 Revision 71 EVALUATION By application dated December 3, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML20350B467), NAC International, Inc., requested consolidation of the safety analysis report associated with Certificate of Compliance (the certificate) No. 9225, for the Model No. NAC-LWT package.
CONDITIONS The following changes have been made to the certificate:
Condition No. 20 has been edited to specify the termination date of the previous revision of the certificate (revision 70).
The consolidated application date was added to the REFERENCES section.
CONCLUSION These changes do not affect the ability of the package to meet the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 71.
