Thepurpose ofthis amendment request for the SNM-362 license is toseek authorization to relocate the Hopewell Designs G150irradiator owned byNIST fromthe B-wing ofbuilding 245 tothe H-wing ofbuilding 245where the unit willbeinstalled and toperform acceptance testing toconsider the converted teletherapy head irradiatorfacility commissioned. Allconstruction activities arecomplete, andthe facility has functional safety andsecurity systems.
