NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1* AND 2 CATEGORY 1 STRUCTURES - SETTLEMENT MONITORING PROCEDURE REVISION As required by Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board Decision ALA~-578, this letter is to notify you that a revision has been made to periodic test procedure 0-PT-112, Category 1 Structures..: Settlement Monitoring, and 0-PT-115, Survey of Settlement Monitoring Points.
Periodic test procedures 0-PT-112 and 0-PT-115 were revised to *change the test frequency from 184 days to 12 months. The frequency for the associated i"echnical Requirements Manual Surveillance Requirements, TSR 3.7.7.1 and.TSR 3.7.7.2, were similarly changed.
