Safety function 6 and 8 have both been used on last four exams for in-plant JPMs. Would like to see a different SF usage for in-plant JPMs. Maybe something like Rod MG set issues or paralleling two MG sets (SF1) or anything but SF6 and 8 for in-plants.
Exam predictability issue. P1 is fine as 4S.
Licensee made change for P2 to SF1.

OBDI 202 - IOLE Process Rev 3 1
Critical tasks need to have the actual equipment that is manipulated in the CT table and in the body of the D-2 guide (bolded in the D2 guide). Sometimes you have them and sometimes you dont. For example, if feed and bleed, then the pumps should be listed by name start both pumps SI-1 and SI-2 and open both PORV 455 and PORV 456 and verify temp goes down on CETs (as one example). See S2CT-2 which doesnt have this while S1CT-3 does have it correctly.
Licensee resolved with draft submittal 2
Also need to try to improve bounding for CTs beyond the old style of before you leave the procedure. This is a continuous improvement project that NRR is driving and it is not always possible, and we can discuss it during validation. One example of improved bounding might be before orange path for CET temp.
Licensee made improvements on CTs.
3 Should have one scenario at mid-power (around 50%). Also, need to have one at EOL conditions. You should have the low power scenario at BOL conditions.
Operational validity, and NUREG requirements.
Licensee made these changes as requested.
4 Remember every switch that is manipulated must be in the D-2 when you submit the draft exams.
Licensee acknowledged this requirement.
