31310018D0001/31310018F0053 P00016 The purpose of this task order modification is to exercise Option Period 3, Pursuant to FAR Clause 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 2000) and provide incremental funding in the amount of , thereby increasing the exercised task order ceiling by from to extending the period of performance from April 30, 2021 through April 29, 2022; increasing the travel not-to-exceed amount by from to and increasing the obligated amount by from to . Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
SECTION B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATIONTASK ORDERS (AUG 2011),
paragraphs (a) and (c), are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:
(a) The total ceiling of this contract for the products/services under this contract is The amount will increase as follows, upon exercise of any option periods.

This task order shall commence on April 30, 2018 and will expire on April 29, 2022. The term of this task order may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional one 1-year Option Period. The option periods of this task order will only be exercised should the base contract option periods be exercised. If exercised Section I.8 Clause 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT. (MAR 2000) is applicable.

(a) Total expenditure for travel may not exceed for the base period and option periods one, two, and three (exercised) without the prior approval of the contracting officer.
The amount will increase as follows, upon exercise of any option periods.
All other terms and conditions of the task order remain the same.
