2.WeaskthatyourequestthePSDARbeamendedtoincludeprovisionsfortheharvestingof criticalcomponentsforusebytheNuclearIndustrytostudytheeffectsofaging,mechanicaland hydraulicwear,longtermexposuretoradiation,andsoon.Thethingswelearnfromthe disassemblyandtestingofmaterialsfromPalisadescouldprovideimportantsafetyrelated learningsforotheroperatingplants.
