Dear Mr. Boylan:
In an e-mail dated February 24, 2021, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Morgan Advanced Materials & Technology, Inc. export license application XCOM1312, the export of carbon graphite axial and radial bearing surfaces, to China, for use in seal-less reactor cooling pumps which will be transferred from the Morgan AM&T (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., to the Harbin Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., for placement at Haiyang, LuFeng, Sanmen, and XuDabao projects. In response to your e-mail, the NRC is returning the application to Morgan Advanced Materials & Technology, Inc. without action.
