(DEK, DENG, Dominion Energy Virginia and DESC) hereby confirm that a primary policy is provided by Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL). NEIL also provides excess and blanket nuclear property insurance. The Company's total nuclear property insurance coverage is $50 million for Kewaunee Power Station, $1,700 million for Millstone Power Station,
$1,700 million for North Anna Power Station, $1,700 million for Surry Power Station and $2,750 million for Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Power Station.
