Technical Specification (TS) 6.23.d and Millstone Power Station Unit 3 (MPS3) TS 6.18.d, Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DENC) is providing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with a current copy of the MPS2 and MPS3 TS Bases pages. DENC is submitting a complete copy of the TS Bases for both MPS2 and MPS3 with the incorporation of changes made since DENC's last annual submittal. These TS Bases are provided for information only.
Any changes to the Bases sections were made in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59. These changes have been reviewed and approved by the Facility Safety Review Committee.
Attachments 1 and 2 provide the TS Bases in their entirety for MPS2 and MPS3, respectively.
