FW: TVA Discrimination Cases- OUO ATTACHMENTS George To make sure nobody was out in R2 today given the fast pace of this action, I checked if Scott was in and had received these. I guess it was good I checked cause he wasnt aware if Miller was in (Kowal was out today).
Scott brought up something just wanted to give you awareness of. Apparently when you sent him the writeup Ian/Kitty drafted on CA credit he forwarded it to his deputy RA. The deputy RA asked question something to the effect of why we were not giving them CA credit given our various SCWE inspections had found no issues with work environment. Ill be honest the question wasnt making a lot of sense to me because how was I supposed to give them credit for something not in front of me to consider from their PEC presentations. However, IF the deputy RA still has this question he or the RA could call you.
Scott told me he answered the question by saying something real roughly to the effect OEs going with what the licensee presented in the PEC or other documents they provided in response to having a PEC, so OE went with what they had received from licensee.
Good luck tomorrow with your briefing of DEDO/EDO.

Per OEs Comm Plan, they plan to issue the actions about Aug 17.

Czufin - close out letter OE plans to brief the DEDOs tomorrow on the enforcement actions and will issue a Notification of Significant Enforcement Action to the Commission shortly thereafter. OE plans to issue the letters approximately 10 days after sending the Notification to the Commission. We will keep you updated.
