Changes to the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) ISFSI Physical Security Plan In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p )(2), LaCrosseSolutions, LLC (LS) is submitting the January 2021 revision to the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (TSFSI) Physical Security Plan Appendix II: Training and Qualification Plan. This revision has been determined to not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of current security plans.
The enclosed revision is submitted within two months of implementation. In addition to the revised plan, an explanation of changes to the Training and Qualification Plan is enclosed. contains security-related information and Enclosure 2 contains safeguards information.
Therefore, LS requests this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," and 10 CFR 73.21, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Performance Requirements," respectively.
