Enclosed is an application (XCOM1338) received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), dated December 21, 2020, from Marotta Controls Inc., for the export of two solenoid valves for use in the fuel charging and discharging machines at Rajasthan Units 1 and 2 in India.
In accordance with 10 CFR 110.41(a)(9), we kindly request Executive Branch review of this application because India is a restricted destination under 10 CFR 110.29. We also request you obtain the necessary nonproliferation assurances from the Government of India.
Please note that the dollar amount on page one of the NRC Form 7 is proprietary information.
The NRC will not include this information in the public record and requests that the Executive Branch agencies protect it as well.
