ISSUANCE OF AMENDED OLIN WINCHESTER, LLC. REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
Dear Mr. Thompson:
This letter is in response to the Northrop Grumman Corporation, request dated September 24, 2020, requesting that Source and Device Registration NR-1336-D-101-S be transferred from Alliant Techsystems (ATK) Operations to Olin Winchester, LLC. A copy of the amended registration certificate is enclosed.
Please be advised that you must manufacture and distribute the products in accordance with the statements and representations contained in your application, with enclosures thereto, and the information set out in your registration certificates. As a general rule, you must request and obtain an amendment to the certificates before you make changes or modifications to the information submitted to obtain the certificates.
Please read over the registration certificate in its entirety and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
You are obligated to notify us promptly in writing should you decide to no longer manufacture, distribute, or offer service support for the product.
