On January 13th, 2021, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA) submitted the Annual Summary of changes to the records required by 1 O CFR 70.62(a)(2) for calendar year 2020.
Subsequently, rt was identified that four (4) 10 CFR 70.72(c) evaluations were omitted from the report in error. This error has been documented in the UUSA corrective action program. The corrected Enclosure 1 summary includes all of the 10 CFR 70.72(c) evaluations completed by UUSA during the 2020 calendar year and is intended to replace the original Reference submittal. The corrected portions of the Enclosure are identified with italic font.
The information contained in Enclosure 1 of this letter contains proprietary information.
UUSA requests Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 2.390(a)(4).
