Proposed Rule: Approval of American Society of Mechanical Engineers Code Cases; Incorporation of Regulatory Guides.
Description of the rule: This proposed rule would amend the NRCs regulations to incorporate by reference proposed revisions to three regulatory guides and one NRC report associated with a proposed condition in one of the regulatory guides. These revisions would approve code cases published by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
Dates: The public comment period closes 60 days after publication in the Federal Register.
