RE: For review: draft TVA discrimination communication plan - OUO attachment Good morning Scott, We are working with OGC to finalize the letters today. There is also ongoing discussion about final redactions to the ROIs.
I can add some language in the comm plan to address your comment below:
Each apparent violation carries a civil penalty of up to $300,000 which would result in a total civil penalty to TVA of $1,200,000. Corrective action credit could lower the civil penalty and will be determined as more information is gathered during the enforcement process.
Once the letters, ROI redactions, and comm plan are final (hopefully today), we will schedule the calls.
The goal is to issue the letters by Monday, March 2nd.

BTW, the Comm Plan indicates that an SL II would get a $300k CP. It would actually be $240k. It could double to the max of $300k, but only if we deny corrective action credit. The decision on CA credit is usually made at the time of the PEC, so its TBD at this point in the process.

- All, The attached draft communication plan for the TVA discrimination cases is ready for your review. Once we disposition any comments you have, the final version will be sent to a broader distribution as we prepare to send the choice and conference letters.
Although the timing for issuance of the letters is not official at this time, we anticipate sending the letters late this week or next week.
