Emergency Plan, Revision 76, On-Shift Staffing Analysis, Revision 2, and Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures Cooper Nuclear Station, Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46
Dear Sir or Madam:
The purpose ofthis letter is to report a change to the Cooper Nuclear Station Emergency Plan (Revision 76) in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(q). The changes made per this revision do not represent a reduction in plan effectiveness. Corresponding changes were also made to Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures 5. 7.1, Emergency Classification (Revision 67) and 5. 7.1.1, Emergency Classification Process (Revision O; new procedure). These documents (Enclosures 1, 2, and 3) were made effective on December 16, 2020.
Additionally, this letter reports a change to the CNS On-Shift Staffing Analysis (Revision 2). This document (Enclosure 4) was made effective on December 9, 2020.
As required by 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5), attached is a summary of the associated 10 CFR 50.54( q) analyses for the changes to the above documents.
