Murray to Director, ONMSS, 1/30/20, ISA Summary Rev. 23 Global Nuclear Fuel - Americas, LLC (GNF-A) in Wilmington, NC hereby submits this update to the Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) Summary in order to provide revised summary pages, make corrections and modifications made to the ISA program and provide a brief summary of changes as stipulated by 10CFR70.72(d)(2) and (d)(3). This submittal replaces the January 30, 2020, ISA Summary submittal (Reference 2).

The following are provided as Attachments to this letter.

Attachment 1 contains a brief summary of all changes to the ISA records pursuant to 10CFR70.72(d)(2), and on-site documentation required by 10CFR70.62(a)(2) for the GNF-A facility excluding the Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) Test Loop.

Attachment 2 contains Revision 24 of the ISA Summary for the GNF-A facility excluding the GLE Test Loop. Within this Summary document, the pages or sections that have changed from Reference 2 above are shown with a vertical line in the right-hand margin.

GNF-A requests that Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390 as they contain security-related information associated with our safety analyses &

risk assessments.
