WESTINGHOUSE SNM-1107 LICENSE APPLICATION PAGE CHANGES Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) is pleased to provide the enclosed revised SNM-1107 License Application. The revision provides updates to the following information in the SNM-1107 License Application:
Names and addresses of principal officers and licensing contacts within Section 1.1.5 Chapter 2.0 to capture recent Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF) organizational structure changes Section 3.4.2.1, "annual refresher training" was changed to "refresher training every calendar year" to more accurately explain how refresher training is implemented at the CFFF Table 4.1 was changed to correct referenced sections of the revised CFFF Handbook Table 4.3 was updated with ISG-14 approved soluble uranium intake dose information Notes 2 and 3 were added to Table 4.4 for clarification Mention of the East lagoon was removed from Section 10.1.2 due to removal from operation This page change revision does not result in a degradation of any safety commitments in the License Application, does not impair Westinghouse's ability to meet applicable Federal Regulations, and does not conflict with any condition specifically stated in the License. As such, the enclosed administrative update is processed in accordance with authorization 12.1. l(b) of the SNM-1107 License Application.
