We prefer Thursday, February 11, at 2:00pm, and request at least two hours presentation time. Please also confirm the time-zone for the meeting (i.e. is it 2pm Eastern?)
Also, can you give us insight into how a "member of the public" was able to assume complete control over the NRC's audio at the June 24, 2020 Zoom PRB meeting?

- 1) Does the NRC guarantee the active participation of the PRB members?
Question: What steps has the NRC taken to make certain that the members of the Petition Review Board are actually present, listening, and watching this conference?
PRB members are expected to be present and actively listening during public meetings with petitioners. The interruption to the June 24, 2020, public meeting, which was related to a separate/prior 2.206 petition request, was identified as being an issue with a member of the public.
- 2) What is the deadline for providing our presentation materials?
Please feel free to provide your presentation when it is available (can be before or after the meeting).
- 3) Public access to the Zoom meeting and the complete video/audio of the meeting.
The NRC will add the meeting transcript to ADAMS as a publicly available document per Management Directive 8.11.
Please reply by 1/27/2021 regarding your availability.
