Degraded Snubber SF1154 Hydraulic Fluid Batch No. 17BLVS293 This letter is a follow up to our previous notification letter dated October 6, 2020 pertaining to the above subject The following table reflects the status of US nuclear plants to which SF1154 fluid from Batch 17BLVS293 was shipped by Lake Engineering Company (LEC) in accordance with purchas~ orders which specified that the requirements of 10 CFR Part 21 are applicable.

Determination in this regard shall continue to involve interaction between Lake Engineering Company and the facilities listed above.

If additional time is required for the above detennination, an interim report shall be submitted that shall include an updated completion date.
