A general licensee from Region III needs to have one of their GL devices put back on their registration. They incorrectly marked it as transferred in their 2019 registration after it was serviced for a source exchange. Heres the print screen from WBL/GLTS module. I attached the email communication with Region III. If you have any questions, contact Erin Kennedy. Shes been in contact with the licensee.
