List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: TN Americas LLC Standardized NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System, Certificate of Compliance No. 1004, Renewed Amendment No. 17.
- Description of the rule: This rule amends the NRCs spent fuel storage regulations to include additional heat load zoning configurations, increase the maximum assembly heat load, and make other minor clarifications to the certificate of compliance for the TN Americas LLC Standardized NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System, which is on the list of NRC-approved cask designs.
- Dates: The direct final rule will become effective 75 days after publication, unless a significant adverse comment is received.
