- Leo, Attached is a draft of the NRC staffs summaries of the discussion of follow-up audit questions related to the license renewal audit plan provided to UML by letter dated February 4, 2020, and the interim audit report provided to UML by letter dated December 17, 2020 (ADAMS Accession Nos. ML20021A315 and ML20303A305, respectively). We are providing a copy of this draft, prior to completing the audit and formally transmitting a final audit report, to provide UML with the opportunity to ensure that the information in the summaries is clear and understandable, and consistent with UMLs understanding of the information discussed and actions UML plans to take to resolve the audit items.
If you have any questions regarding the draft information, please contact me and we can arrange a time to discuss. Please note that, because these are draft summaries, and because the audit is still in progress, changes to the summaries are possible.
I will place this email and attachment in public ADAMS for documentation.
