[External_Sender] Semi-Annual Trash Rack Inspection Report In accordance with Terms & Conditions #5.d of the Amended Incidental Take Statement National Marine Fisheries Service issued to Entergy Indian Point on February 9, 2018, we are required to notify NMFS and the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission within one week of completion of each diver inspection of the trash racks, and include the relevant completed diver forms. The semi-annual trash rack inspections scheduled for December 2020 have been completed. There were no observations of any Atlantic or Shortnose Sturgeon, or parts thereof during the inspection. Therefore, there are no completed forms to attach here.
