Indiana Michigan Power Company, the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP) Units 1 and 2, is providing as enclosures to this letter the July 2018 Initial License Examination and the proposed examination schedule based on 3 Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) (U), 7 SRO (I), and 7 Reactor Operator (RO) candidates. The examination is being prepared in accordance with NUREG-1021, Revision 11.

A complete electronic copy of documents without initials or signatures or other handwritten notations for the Public Document Room (ADAMS) has also been provided. This contains the full outline (previously submitted) and electronic PDF versions of the RO and SRO examinations that are to be administered.
None of these materials are to go to the Public Document Room (ADAMS) until after the examination has been completed.
