Dear Mr. Barstow:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding discrimination against an employee at the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant.
The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that the employee was discriminated against for raising nuclear safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
