Dear Sir or Madam:
The Global Nuclear Fuel - Americas, L.L.C. (GNF-A) facility in Wilmington, N.C., hereby submits a revised Radiological Contingency & Emergency Plan (RC&EP) dated December 14, 2020, to replace the plan submitted on November 19, 2019 (Reference 2).
The changes have been internally reviewed and documented as those that do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and do not require prior NRC approval in accordance with SNM 1097 Chapter 8 and 1 O CFR 70.32(i). Revision bars in the right-hand margin depict changes from the previous revision submitted to the NRC.
Pursuant to 1 O CFR 2.390, GNF-A requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure, as it contains security related and proprietary information associated with our Emergency Planning and Response Program.
