SUMMARY
Management Directive (MD) 9.15, Organization and Functions, Office of State and Tribal Programs (OSTP), is eliminated following the merge of the Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs and the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS) and the subsequent incorporation of the OSTP responsibilities into NMSS. Information regarding the roles and responsibilities for State and Tribal programs can be found in MD 9.26, Organization and Functions, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.
