REQUESTS FOR HEARING SUBMITTED WITH RESPECT TO AN ORDER IMPOSING CIVIL PENALTY ISSUED TO TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (DOCKET NOS. EA-20-006 and EA-20-007)
The Office of the Secretary received two requests for hearing in response to an Order Imposing Civil Penalty issued to Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) on October 29, 2020 (Docket Nos. EA-20-006 and EA-20-007), which was published in the Federal Register at 85 Fed. Reg. 70203 (November 4, 2020). The requests were submitted via E-filing on November 30, 2020, by Timothy Walsh, one on behalf of TVA and the other on behalf of Erin Henderson. The requests are located in ADAMS under accession numbers ML20335A574 for TVA and ML20335A576 for Henderson and are also available on the Electronic Hearing Docket.
The requests for hearing are being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(i). This referral memorandum is being served on the E-Filing service list for Tennessee Valley Authority (Docket Nos.20-006 and 20-007-EA).
