Enclosed is an application (XCOM1249/02), dated November 18, 2020, received by the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), from Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, requesting Amendment No. 02 to export license XCOM1249/01 for the export of components and associated equipment listed in 10 CFR Part 110, Appendix A, items (5) through (11), through Belgium, to Brazil, for use at the Angra Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2.
The purpose of the amendment is to: 1) add one Ultimate Consignee in Brazil; 2) update the description of materials; 3) update the point of contact; and 4) extend the date of expiration from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2036.
Please note that the dollar amount on page 1 of the NRC Form 7 is proprietary information. The NRC will not include this information in the public record and requests that he Executive Branch agencies protect it as well.
