- Greg, This email is to both confirm our conversation this afternoon and extend a request from GGN.
The Choice Letter for the Grand Gulf radwaste shipment was dated October 29, 2020. Per the Choice Letter, the Regulatory conference is held 40 days from the date of the Choice Letter. This would place the Regulatory Conference on about Monday, December 7, 2020. During the week of December 7, 2020, Grand Gulf has pre-scheduled meetings on both December 8 and December 11. We request that, should the date of the Regulatory Conference need to be altered for scheduling purposes, those two days be avoided if possible. We also understand that this Regulatory Conference will be virtual.
I will be the point of contact for GGN to help coordinate the date for the Regulatory Conference and look forward to working with you, or your designee, to work out the details for the conference.
