The purpose of this letter is to request that the Electric Power Research Institute provide the report Assessment of the Effect of Flexible Power Operation on BWR [Boiling Water Reactor]

Primary System Components. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is requesting this report as part of its review of the Requests for Additional Information responses for BWRVIP-329, Updated Probabilistic Fracture Mechanics Analyses for BWR RPV [Reactor Pressure Vessel] Welds to Address Extended Operations.
