NRC-HQ-60-15-A-0001/31310020F0020 The purpose of this order modification is to revise the scope of work to remove the tasks for the reconfiguration of the cylindrical vessel components in the Palo Verde and Point Beach TRACE models (former Tasks 1 and 2) and add a task to update, verify, and document the TRACE model for Peach Bottom Unit 2 (revised Task 2). With the revised work requirements, the order ceiling is increased by $17,970.80 from $268,347.20 to $286,318.00 and the period of performance is extended to March 07, 2021. Accordingly, the order is hereby modified as follows:

BRIEF PROJECT TITLE AND WORK DESCRIPTION (a) The title of this project is: TRACE Plant Model Development and Maintenance in Anticipation of New Rulemaking and Exploratory Simulations (b) Summary work description:

The contractor shall provide technical assistance in the updating, verifying, and documenting of the TRACE models for Prairie Island Unit 1 and Peach Bottom Unit 2.

Clause titled CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-TASK ORDERS is incorporated as follows:

CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-TASK ORDERS (a) The ceiling of this order for services is $286,318.00.

(b) This order is subject to the minimum and maximum ordering requirements set forth in the contract.

(c) The amount presently obligated with respect to this order is $262,000.00. The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the order ceiling as specified in paragraph (a) above. When and if the amount(s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this order, in accordance with FAR Part 43 - Modifications. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk and may not be reimbursed by the Government.

(d) The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of FAR 52.232 Limitation of Funds, for incrementally-funded delivery orders or task orders.
