Dear Mr. Guzman,
On October 8, 2020 Entergy submitted correspondence entitled One-time Schedular Exemption Request from 10 CFR 50, Appendix E Biennial Emergency Preparedness Exercise Requirements due to COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. The subject line for that correspondence also included the applicable unit, docket and license numbers. The information for Unit 1 (Docket Number 50-3; License Number DRP-5) was inadvertently omitted. This error was brought to our attention during the review for the exemption request.
Since these three units (IPEC Units 1,2 and 3) share common emergency response facilities, the requested exemption was intended to be applicable to each unit. Please supplement the referenced exemption request to include Unit 1.
