November 10, 2020 Mr. Robin DeLaBarre Office of Nuclear Energy, Safety & Security, Room 3320 HST Bureau of International Security

& Nonproliferation U.S. Department of State 2201 C Street, NW Washington, DC 20520 Mr. Robin DeLaBarre:

Enclosed is an application XCOM1337, dated October 21, 2020, from Mirion Technologies Corporation. The application requests a specific license to export two ion chambers to measure neutron flux radiation at the NRG Petten High Flux reactor in the Netherlands.

We understand that the Executive Branch has accepted the generic assurances provided for similar exports of research reactor components to the Netherlands. Therefore, the NRC intends to issue the requested license after the 30-day time period allotted for public review has expired, and it is determined that the applicable export license criteria are met.

Sincerely, X

Peter J. Habighorst Peter J. Habighorst, Chief Export Controls and Nonproliferation Branch Office of International Programs cc w/enclosures:
