Letter dated October 29, 2020 from Mary C. Muessle (NRC) to Bob Franssen (Entergy), "Grand Gulf Nuclear Station - NRC Inspection Report 05000416/20200015; Preliminary White Finding The report which was enclosed in the referenced letter documented a finding with four apparent violations involving radioactive material package transportation. The letter provided that this finding has been preliminarily determined to be White - "a finding with low-to-moderate safety significant that may require additional NRC inspection."

In accordance with the letter, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) requests that a Regulatory Conference be scheduled to provide additional information that may be used during the determination of enforcement by the NRC. Entergy will provide the requested supporting documentation at least one week prior to the conference.

This letter also documents that the requested verbal notification by Entergy to Mr. Greg Warnick was made on November 4, 2020.
