Dear Mr. Leyse,
I am contacting you in response to your email of October 27, 2020, to the NRC Chairman in which you requested a copy of INPO Significant Event Report 76-84. As you know, the NRC has previously denied your request for this information since it is INPOs confidential and proprietary report. Our position has not changed and the reasons that we offered in our response to FOIA-2008-0322 (ML082820467) and, more recently, in our response to FOIA-2019-000390 (ML19276D460) remain in effect. Specifically, these reports are considered by INPO to be proprietary, confidential commercial information. Accordingly, they are being withheld in their entirety under FOIA exemption 4.
