Any movement of this waste is a dangerous undertaking. High-level waste in transit is risky because of the potential for accidents or terrorist attack. The waste is always more prone to leak during the transport process.
And the Texas governor is opposed to this nuclear dump. Please cease and desist from this terrible plan.
