RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 SUPPLEMENTAL OWNER'S ACTIVITY REPORT (OAR-1 FORM)
FOR CYCLE/REFUEL 21 Callaway Plant

Ameren Missouri letter to the NRC ULNRC-06322, "Owner's Activity Reports (OAR-1 Forms) for Cycle/Refuel 21," dated August 3, 2016. (ADAMS Accession Number ML16216A571)
In the referenced letter, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted Owner's Activity Reports (OAR-1 forms) that covered ASME Code Section XI Inservice Inspection (ISi) and Repair/Replacement activities and subsection IWE Containment Inservice Inspection activities for Cycle 21 and Refuel 21 at Callaway Plant. The reports were submitted pursuant to the provisions of the applicable revisions of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Case N-532, "Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission."
However, an OAR-1 form for ASME Code Section XI, subsection IWL activities performed at Callaway Plant in Cycle 21, including the 30th Year Tendon Surveillance, was erroneously omitted from this submittal. This letter serves as a supplemental submittal to correct the omission.
Please find enclosed the OAR-1 form for ASME Code Section XI, Subsection IWL Cycle 21 and Refuel 21 activities at Callaway Plant. The report is submitted pursuant to the provisions of the applicable revisions of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Case N-532, "Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission."

ULNRC-06604 October 22, 2020 Page 2of 4 The activities addressed by the enclosed OAR-I form were conducted during the second period of the second IWL Program interval at Callaway Plant. The form includes a listing of items with identified flaws or relevant conditions that required evaluation for continued service (Table 1) and an abstract of repair/replacement activities required for continued service (Table 2).
In accordance with Revision 3 of the IWL Program Plan, the OAR-I form for the Containment Inservice Inspection activities is submitted in accordance with Code Case N-532-4.
