o' TYPE INTERIM FINAL PART I.D -- COMMENTS As we explained in our interim response, the NRC was able to locate this record by the ADAMS accession number when your request was received. Since the date of your request, however, this item has been removed from ADAMS consistent with Guidance for Determining the Public Availability of NRC Records (ML072770468).
This final response addresses the record identified as item 5 of your request. We have confirmed that the office of the NRC Chairman received a copy of this record, which had been written by, and in the context of, a matter that was pending before the Office of Special Counsel (OSC).
