The Commission was briefed by representatives of the Organization of Agreement States and representatives of the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors (CRCPD) on a number of topics, including the response of the National Materials Program to the COVID-19 public health emergency, training and recruitment of health physicists, CRCPD collaboration efforts, general licensing re-evaluation, medical uses of radionuclides, low-level radioactive waste issues, and transformation in the Suggested State Regulation process.
There were no requirements identified for staff action.
