Subject:
[External_Sender] Citizen input Docket 72-1050 Who:
Interim Storage Partners, LLC (ISP)
What:
Application for a Consolidated Interim Storage Facility When:
April 28, 2016 Where: Andrews, TX Docket: 72-1050 or Docket ID NRC-2016-0231 I am concerned about 3 topics:
- 1. What happened after the 40 year contract. Clearly the containers radioactivity will continue at dangerous levels for over a thousand years.
- 2. How secure are the containers, which hold the various radioactive materials, from deterioration or leakage of radioactive materials.
- 3. The security to prevent unauthorized entry for mischief and terrorist activity is inadequately described, especially for an aircraft attack as happened 9/11/2001.
Thank you.
