The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your two letters dated September 30, 2020, transmitting the Utah Final Regulations to RATS ID 2015-5, and other miscellaneous corrections not associated with a RATS ID; and Proposed Regulations to RATS IDs 2018-2, 2018-3, and 2019-1. The review has been assigned to Kathy Modes, and it is our goal to complete the review within 60 days.
