REPLY TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION, NRC INSPECTION REPORT 070-00925/2020-001

Dear Mr. Halliburton:

Thank you for your Reply to Notice of Violation letter dated September 17, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML20261H586), submitted in response to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Notice of Violation dated August 20, 2020, documented in NRC Inspection Report 040-00925/2020-001 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20233B018).

After reviewing the information you provided in your reply to the Notice of Violation, we have concluded that your completed and proposed corrective actions appear to adequately address the regulatory noncompliance as described in the Notice of Violation. We will review your implementation of these corrective actions during a future inspection to determine whether full compliance has been restored and whether compliance will be maintained.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter and your reply to the Notice of Violation will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
