001028, EPID: L-2020-LLA-015, ADAMS Accession No. ML20223A036.
Westinghouse acknowledges receipt of the staffs request for supplemental information (RSIs) and observations (OBSs) (Reference 1).
Westinghouse plans to provide responses to the RSIs and responses to all OBSs, with the exception of OBS 3-3, no later than October 2nd, 2020. Note that this is earlier than the 30-day response window identified in Reference 1 in order to support timely resolution of the Staffs request. Westinghouse requests that the NRC note this early submittal date for coordination with the relevant technical reviewers for timely review of this supplemental information.
